WHAT MAKES IT WORK
Every page has one clear task with a picture cue, so preschool and kindergarten children can work on their own while you read the bat facts aloud.
The facts are checked and kid friendly: bats are mammals, a baby bat is a pup, many bats eat bugs and some help flowers and fruit grow, and each fact becomes a skill, from a bug graph to a cut and paste life cycle.
The worksheets are black and white to save ink, and the craft, the life cycle match, the poster, the cards and the headband also come in bright color for centers and your bulletin board.
No prep for the worksheets: just print and go. Children do the cutting and gluing, and the cards and the life cycle match need only a quick cut.
